In a stroke of luck, Zachary O’Neill, a diesel mechanic from Cumming, Iowa, won the top prize of $300,000 in a scratch game lottery.
After buying a handful of tickets from a convenience store, O’Neill initially thought he had lost all of them.
But when he scratched off his $30 “Premiere” ticket, he couldn't believe what he saw. He plans to buy himself a new vehicle with the money and share some of it with his family.
