A Houston resident is celebrating after claiming a massive $3 million prize from the Mega Millions lottery, announced the Texas Lottery on Monday.
The lucky winner, who has opted to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket for the June 16 drawing at Mi Tienda 648 on Little York Rd. in north Houston.
The Quick Pick ticket, combined with the Megaplier number of 3, matched all five white ball numbers (4-24-34-45-57) but missed the Mega Ball number (19).
