One Hattiesburg resident walked away with the grand prize jackpot worth $323,287.75 after matching all five numbers during Thursday's Mississippi Match 5 drawing. T
he ticket - which had the winning numbers 5-6-12-24-29 - was purchased from Corner Fuel Center on Highway 49 in Hattiesburg.
The winning lottery ticket still remains unclaimed as the ticket was unregistered so the lottery officials urge all the lottery ticket holders to check their tickets and sign on the back of them.
If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.
The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
