Hamilton County has a $1 million lottery ticket holder, maybe the winner themselves doesn't know that they have won a lottery worth $1 million. The winner matched all  the five white Powerball numbers. 

The $1 million winning ticket was sold at Publix located at 5958 Snow Hill Road in Ooltewah.

This makes the second Powerball winner this week, with the previous winner being from Pleasant View and winning in the June 8 drawing.
