Kendra Brown, a 36-year-old truck driver from Greenville, North Carolina, has realized her dream of starting her own trucking business after winning a $100,000 lottery prize.

Brown had been envisioning starting her own company for years and had even included it on her vision board. She purchased a $5 Fire scratch-off ticket from the Speedway on South Memorial Drive and was overjoyed to see all the zeroes when she started scratching.

Brown arrived at the lottery headquarters on March 13, 2023, and after taxes were withheld, she took home $70,602.

She expressed her excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to start her own trucking company, calling it a "beautiful opportunity."
