Graves County Woman Wins $50,000 on Kentucky Lottery Scratch-off Ticket

A woman from Symsonia in Graves County, Kentucky, had luck on her side just in time for St. Patrick's Day when she played a Kentucky Lottery Scratch-off ticket and won $50,000.

She expressed her gratitude to the lottery officials, saying, "That little leprechaun was lucky for me." She purchased the $5 Go For The Green! ticket from the Kentucky Tobacco Outlet in Paducah during the week of March 6.

The woman matched the number 16 in the first row and won a $10,000 prize.

As she continued scratching off the ticket, she matched four more numbers, ultimately winning the game's top prize of $50,000.
