Fourth big lottery win for Howard county man

A bit of deja vu for this Maryland man as he pulls off his fourth lottery win. Kenneth Weinberg won $50,000 last week with a scratch-off ticket.
It's the fourth win of 50,000 or more for the Howard County man.
He's also won a $100,000 prize in the past. Weinberg is semi-retired and works as an advocate for a counseling group.
He says he buys scratch-off tickets almost every day.
This time, he plans to use his winnings to pay for some remodeling projects at home.
