Fortunate Day in Rockford: $500,000 Scratch-Off Win at Schnucks Grocery Store

A lucky winner purchased a scratch-off Illinois Lottery ticket worth $500,000 at a Rockford Schnucks grocery store.
The winning Diamond Dollars scratch-off ticket was sold for $10 at the Schnucks location at 3134 11th Street.
The store will also receive a $5,000 bonus, for selling the winning ticket.
In November of last year, the same store sold a $10 top-prize-winning $250,000 Crossword ticket. So far this year, over five million winning Illinois Lottery Instant Tickets have been sold, netting players over $123 million in prizes.
