An Ellington resident is celebrating a $100,000 lottery win after hitting the top prize in the Connecticut Lottery’s CA$HWORD 2nd Edition scratch-off game.
The winning $10 ticket was purchased at the Super Stop & Shop on Windsorville Road in Vernon.
