A Denton resident is celebrating a $1 million windfall after claiming the top prize in the Texas Lottery’s Million Dollar Loteria scratch-off game.

The lucky ticket was purchased at Chilly Mart, 3912 Teasley Lane in Denton. The winner chose to remain anonymous, according to the Texas Lottery.
