A Decatur resident just scored one of the Georgia Lottery’s biggest thrills — $1,000 a day for life from the Nov. 20 Cash4Life drawing. The lucky ticket, bought through the Georgia Lottery mobile app, matched all five numbers plus the Cash Ball. Instead of the daily payout, the winner chose the $7 million lump-sum option and claimed it the very next day.
But that wasn’t the only big moment this week.
