Chilliwack resident won $1 million worth lottery in Lotto 6/49 draw, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before.
Yolanda Gayasco winning lottery ticket was purchased at the Real Canadian Superstore on Luckakuck Way in Chilliwack.
Gayasco has plans to travel to the Philippines in the new year to visit her family. She will also use the windfall to pay off her mortgage.
When she won the jackpot she was so excited to tell her husband that she went to pick him up right away and shared the life-changing news.
The retailer will also receive a bonus of $1 million for selling the winning lottery ticket.
