Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $1 million sold in Charlotte, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before.
The winner purchased the winning lottery ticket at the Kwick Mart on Albemarle Road in Charlotte.
Winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed.
The winner has one year from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
One lucky player in Maine took home Friday's $1.35 billion jackpot who matched all the winning numbers for Friday, Jan. 13 were 30-43-45-46-61 and gold Mega Ball 14.
