Bridgeport resident won $244,000 worth lottery jackpot, the winner will soon have a huge $244k worth prize with them. 

The winning lottery ticket was sold at Saba Petroleum LLC at 1360 Noble Ave. in Bridgeport, according to Lottery officials.

Leonard Cooke Jr. the winner of $244,589 on a winning $10 EXTREME GREEN PROGRESSIVE ticket. 

The winner has no sudden plans on haw to spend his winnings, but he said that he will surely invest most of it. 

The retailer will also receive a bonus of 1% for selling the winning lottery ticket.
