A lucky Burlington County guy bags a big jackpot recently in a lottery game

Check your numbers! Somebody who played the lottery in Burlington County just earned some big bucks. A ticket sold at Acme (260 Dunns Mills Rd., Bordentown) generated $50,000 in Thursday's Jersey Cash 5 drawing.

The ticket matched all five white balls, splitting the $100,000 jackpot with a ticket sold in Somerset County. The winning numbers were 05, 13, 14, 22 and 33, with an XTRA number of 04.

New Jersey Lottery will reward each retailer $2,000 for selling the winning tickets.

The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.

They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
