Powerball Basics in Arizona
Powerball drawings take place at 7:59 p.m. Arizona time every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tickets cost $2 per play.
To play, choose five numbers from 1 to 69 and one Powerball number from 1 to 26. Players can pick their own numbers or use a randomly generated Quick Pick.

Arizona retailers can pay prizes up to $100 and may redeem prizes of up to $599. Larger prizes can be claimed by mail or at an Arizona Lottery office.
