Powerball: What Players Should Know

Arizona Lottery retailers can cash prizes of up to $100, while some retailers may redeem winnings of up to $599.
For prizes above $599, winners can submit their tickets by mail or visit an Arizona Lottery office. Mailed claims should include the signed winning ticket, a completed claim form and a copy of a government-issued ID.

- Phoenix Lottery Office: 4740 E. University Drive — cashes prizes of any amount.
- Tucson Lottery Office: 2955 E. Grant Road — cashes prizes of any amount.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor Office: Terminal 4 Baggage Claim — cashes prizes up to $49,999.
- Kingman Lottery Office: Inside Walmart, 3396 Stockton Hill Road — cashes prizes up to $49,999.
