Alexandria woman won $1 million worth jackpot in Virginia Lottery scratch ticket, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

Alice Grant was waiting for her daughter at the Giant Food at 3131 Duke Street, when she decided to buy a scratch off lottery ticket. 

And after scratching the lottery ticket she realized that she has become a lucky winner with $1 million jackpot. 

She was not able to believe her luck but then she confirmed it from the lottery official's. 

Alice wants to pay her bills with the lottery prize, and she has no other plans for right now.
