A lucky York County guy scoops a big jackpot recently in a lottery game

A winning Lottery ticket worth nearly $700,000 was sold at a gas station in York County, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced this morning.

The ticket was sold at the Royal Farms located at 1170 Loucks Road in York on Feb. 5, officials said. The Strike it Rich ticket is worth $699,035.50.

Strike it Rich is a $20 Fast Play game that offerstop prizes starting at $350,000. Fast Play games print on-demand from a Lottery sales terminal or self-service touch-screen vending terminal and are similar to Scratch-Off games, but without the need to scratch a ticket or wait for a drawing.

Holders of a top prize-winning Fast Play ticket should immediately sign the back of the ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

Prizes must be claimed and tickets validated before winners can be identified.
