A total liquors store in Elgin sold a ticket worth of $12.5 million, the owners celebrating that they have sold the winning ticket which is worth In millions.
Bharat and Chetan Patel the owners of the liquor store just came to know about the winning ticket that they have sold.
"When I took the call, I was in total shock and disbelief," Bharat Patel said in a news release from the Illinois Lottery. He checked the lottery's website and saw his store listed as having sold the winner.
