A scratch off lottery player from Clay County wins $600 million

A man in Clay County has claimed a lump-sum prize of over $600 million after a winning scratch off.
Gustavo Cagigas of Fleming Island purchased a $1,000,000 A Year FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR ticket from the Amoco Express Food Mart in Orange Park.
Cagigas chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000,000.
The winner decided to pay all his due bills after claiming the winning prize money and also he wants to celebrate his winnings with his family and friends after claiming the jackpot.
The lottery officials said that the winner has only half an year from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
