A Monroe County Man Wins $2.5 Million in Powerball Lottery. The lucky winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased their winning ticket from a local grocery store.
The winning numbers were 3, 11, 12, 13, and 21, with Powerball number 20. The winner matched all five numbers, but not the Powerball number.
