A Massachusetts state lottery player scoops $100,000 recently from a $30 ticket

A liquor store in Massachusetts sold a winning $100,000 scratch ticket that was claimed on Wednesday, June 21, according to the lottery.

The liquor store that sold the wining ticket was located in Dorchester and named Morrissey Boulevard Wines & Liquors.

The winning $100,000 ticket was sold from the scratch ticket game “$15,000,000 Money Maker,” and was one of 10 total tickets from the game worth $600 or more claimed on Wednesday.

It costs $30 to purchase a scratch ticket for the lottery game. Overall, there were at least 623 lottery prizes worth $600 or more won or claimed in Massachusetts on Wednesday, including 14 in Springfield and 15 in Worcester.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of all the winning tickets each day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
