A man won a $250,000 scratch off lottery Jackpot recently
Pennsylvania resident, who goes by Janelle B. recently won $250,000 on a scratch-off she picked up while getting gas.
She bought three Hello 50! scratch-offs, which is a popular game in the Pennsylvania lottery.
As she sat in her car scratching the tickets she realized she had won again. “I had to look at the ticket 10 times!” she told lottery officials.
“I buy those tickets a lot because I’ve had previous winners." Sicking to her routine paid off, and she hopes to pay off some bills and go on vacation with her son.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
The winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
