A Maryland liquor store's guy scoops a big jackpot recently

A Takoma Park man is $250,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery scratch-off at Warehouse Liquors at 7619 Marlboro Pike in District Heights, MD.

According to MD Lottery, the lucky winner scratched off the ticket and saw he matched one of the winning numbers with a prize of $250,000 underneath.

The Prince George’s County retailer that sold the ticket will also receive a $1,000 bonus. “The $10 Jumbo Cash launched in April 2024.

This is our fourth top-prize winner. Residents from Cecil County, Bowie, and Frederick claimed the top prize earlier this year.

There is still one unclaimed $250,000 ticket remaining, along with one second-tier prize of $50,000 and thousands of prizes ranging from $10 to $10,000.”
