A lucky Lewisville resident won $1 million in a recent Powerball drawing with a ticket bought at a grocery store.

The winning ticket was for the March 27 drawing, according to a Texas Lottery news release.

The claimant, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the ticket at the Kroger at 2709 Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound.

It had all five of the white ball numbers (37-46-57-60-66), but not the red Powerball number (8).

The odds of winning a $1 million prize are 1 in 11,688,053.52, according to Powerball. Drawings for Powerball are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights.

The winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
