A big winning Lotto ticket sold out in Pompano Beach recently
There were two winners in the drawings held Wednesday, April 10 in the Florida Lottery, excluding Cash Pop.
The big winner in last night's drawing was the person who bought a Florida Lotto ticket from in Pompano Beach. The ticket is worth $11 million.
It's the third time this year, there was a winner in the Florida Lotto game. Two winning tickets were sold in February, including a $45 million ticket sold in New Port Richey.
Games played Wednesday included: Powerball, Florida Lotto, Cash4Life, Cash Pop and Fantasy 5.
Powerball is a multi-state, multimillion-dollar-jackpot game offered in 48 Lottery jurisdictions, including Florida. The game's starting jackpot is $20 million.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
