A big $10,000 winning lottery ticket is sold out in Georgia recently
The Mega Millions lottery is continuing to make individuals and families a little or a lot richer.
In October, a ticket was drawn in San Angelo, Texas for the a whopping $361 million ($157.3 million cash). But it still doesn't beat the biggest Mega Millions jackpot: $1.602 billion, which was won in Florida in August.
The jackpot is steadily crawling higher and higher, standing at $308 million as of Wednesday. Though it's not such a life-changing amount, one Georgian did manage to win a big $10,000 prize after Tuesday's drawing.
