$50,000 Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in Surfside Beach, SC

In Wednesday's Powerball drawing, lottery officials confirmed that a winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Surfside Beach.

The winning lottery ticket was purchased at Refuel #53 located at 1300 Highway 17 North.

The Powerball numbers for the drawing were 2-9-28-36-53 with a Powerball of 4.

The officials also revealed that more than 10,000 players in South Carolina have won prizes ranging between $4 and $50,000.
