$3 Million Winning Scratch-Off Sold at Staten Island Deli

While the identity of the purchaser remains unknown, MMNJ24, a local limited liability company (LLC), stepped forward to claim the prize. Opting for a single lump sum payment of $1,573,457 after necessary withholdings, the lucky winner is now set to enjoy their windfall.

When approached, a deli worker mentioned being unaware of the winner's identity but revealed that the store had previously sold another winning ticket. It appears that the deli is currently on a fortunate streak. 

As of now, there is still one top prize remaining on the Electric 10X ticket, so there's still a chance for more lucky winners.
