$100k winning Massachusetts State Lottery ticket claimed in Dorchester
A $100,000 Massachusetts State Lottery prize was claimed in Dorchester on Saturday.
The winning ticket was sold at New Store on the Block and was from the game Mass Cash. It was the largest lottery prize won in the state on Saturday.
Overall, there were 175 winning lottery tickets worth at least $600 claimed or sold in Massachusetts on Saturday, including seven in Worcester and six in Springfield.
The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of all the winning tickets each day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
The largest Massachusetts State Lottery prize won so far this year was for $15 million.
It was claimed by the P.M. Investment Trust of Fall River, which was represented by trustee Joseph H. Silvia. Silvia was then presented with a check for $6,922,500.
