During the drawing on Saturday, a $1 million Powerball ticket purchased in New Jersey was sold at a Walmart in Union County.

On Monday morning, officials from the New Jersey Lottery announced that one of their fortunate customers had purchased a lottery ticket at a large box shop on West Edgar Road in Linden.

There was no winner of the $243.4 million top prize in Monday night's drawing throughout the country, raising the top reward to an estimated $253 million. The cash option has a value of around $178.9M.

Those were the lucky numbers for Saturday's Powerball drawing: 8, 32, 55, 64, and 66. The Powerball number that was drawn has a Power Play multiplier of 2x, making it 10.

One of just two second-prize tickets sold nationwide was in New Jersey. In California, a ticket was purchased that matched five numbers but not the Powerball.

The California ticket has a market value of $1,675,676.00. Ticket sales and the number of winners influence the value of California lottery prizes. Different from the predetermined second prizes awarded in other participating states, these awards are determined by random drawing.

Furthermore, no one drew the supplementary $10 million Double Play drawing on Saturday. Additionally, no tickets for the $500,000 second-prize drawing were sold. 7-11-19-31-58 comprised the Double Play numbers drawn. Number 14 came up in the Double Play Powerball drawing on Friday.

You have a 292,201,388-to-1 chance of winning the Powerball jackpot. The chances of winning at least $1 million on a $2 ticket are around 1 in 11,688,053, while the odds of winning at least $50,000 on a $2 ticket are approximately 913,129 to 1.

Playing Powerball is available in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
